- How to Place an Order
We've designed the ArmGiftShop website to make it quick and simple for you to place your order. Simply browse our products on the website, click the ‘Order Now’ button next to any product you're interested in, and then enter the recipient name, card message, delivery address, delivery date and then your credit/debit card details in the checkout area.
- Order Changes and Cancellations
ArmGiftShop is unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently in route. If you find it necessary to cancel or change any other orders, send us an e-mail.
- Problems With an Order
We make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know.
- Order-Related E-mails
Shortly after you place an order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. Please put this in a safe place, as it will include all the details of your order, including an order number, in the event you need to contact us. To show our appreciation, you'll receive a Thank You e-mail from us when your gift has been received.
- Payment Options
For your convenience, ArmGiftShop accepts all major debit and credit cards.
We process our payments through the trusted leader in online payments - PayPal.

- Delivery time
Most of our products can be delivered the next day. To assure next-day delivery, orders must be received before 11:30 AM at local time in Armenia (You can find the current time in Armenia in lower right corner of ArmGiftShop.com).
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
- Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:
Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information
- Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes, you can. For Data Protection purposes, all information provided by the sender is kept anonymous – all the recipient will see will be the card message (if you choose to send one).

- Can deliveries be made to business addresses or hospitals?
Yes, we can deliver to business addresses and hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. ArmGiftShop will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as some hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms.
For business addresses, please ensure that you use timed deliveries to make sure that your order is delivered during office hours. This is very important as our standard deliveries are made between 9.30 a.m. and 9.00 p.m.
